Five Diamond Certification

Only five companies in Canada have been awarded the CSAA Five Diamond Certification (Central Station Alarm Association) for providing superior monitoring service in the North American security industry — and SecurTek is one of them! To obtain this designation, every SecurTek operator was required to pass a CSAA training course and ably demonstrate:

proficiency in alarm verification, which helps reduce false alarms;
proficiency in communications with public safety answering points such as emergency 911 centres;
knowledge of electronic communications equipment, including radio;
an understanding of the codes and standards of such organizations as Underwriters Laboratories of Canada and others; and
proficiency in the area of emergency preparedness under a wide range of scenarios.

Credit Card Billing Option

If you have chosen to pay for your SecurTek services via credit card, please remember that when your financial service provider issues your renewal card, the new expiry date needs to be communicated to our Customer Care Centre. This will ensure your billing and payment transactions remain seamless and uninterrupted.

Be assured that information provided to SecurTek is processed in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). These standards were developed by banks and leading credit card companies and are administered by the independent third party organization known as the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC). Credit card information is not stored in our systems or kept on file at any time.
